How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will notify you via e-mail. For applicable shipping methods, a tracking number will be provided. Note that if you have chosen to ship your items using USPS Media Mail, no tracking information is available.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipment method. Please allow 4-6 business days for USPS Priority Mail and 2-3 weeks for Media Mail. For international shipments, please allow 2-4 weeks.
If you are registered as a SmartBean member, you will also be able to view your order status by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”.
How do I view previous orders?

What is SmartBean’s return policy?
For Art of Problem Solving books, if your purchase is returned in resalable condition within 30 days, we will refund the cost of the books. Please write to us for additional information on the process for return and refund.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based upon the items in your cart during checkout. Pricing varies according the selected shipment method. At this time, we offer these options: USPS Media Mail and USPS Priority Mail.
I have not received my order. What should I do?
For Media Mail purchases, please allow three weeks for delivery. For Priority Mail, please allow 8 business days. If you have still not received your purchase at that time, please write to us, and you will receive a prompt response from customer service.
An item is missing from my shipment. What should I do?

An item from my shipment is damaged. What should I do?
If an item in your shipment is damaged, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Please write to us and a customer service representative will contact you promptly.

What are my payment options?
For all AOPS books, our secure payment gateway allows you to make payments using any major credit or bank account. Additionally, if you have a PayPal account you may pay from a credit card or bank account without revealing your financial information. Please note that you are not required to have a PayPal account to use your credit card to make a purchase on our site.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
