Kate Greenaway Medal
The Kate Greenaway Medal is awarded by children's librarians in the UK for an outstanding book in terms of illustration for children and young people. This award, established in 1956 and named in honour of the distinguished illustrator, is the sister award to the Carnegie Medal in the UK.
